Here's what's going on at Yogita Yoga Boutique in January
Happy New year from all of us at Yogita Yoga Boutique.
It is that time of the year when we make our resolutions to change some things in our lives. We vow to add healthier habits and get rid of those ones that are not so healthy. On January 1 we wake up and set the goal to be better than we were last year, but let's be honest most of us start on January 2. For most of my adult years I always say January 2nd is my favorite day of the year. For me on January 2nd I wake up with this feeling of relief that the holidays are over and now I can focus on making some changes in my daily habits and choosing healthier ones.
We have this opportunity to do this every new month, new week, or every new day. January 1st or January 2nd are both just new days. So be kind to yourself every new day is a chance to begin a new healthier habit. If you don’t start this new year, you can start on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday.

Gentle yoga is Monday at 9:15am, Tuesday at 5pm with Stacy Laufer, Thursday’s at 5 pm with Joyce Sharp and Satuday’s at 10:30 with Marti Dowman.
Basics meets on Tuesday at 10:30am with Tasha Schenck and Thursday at 10:30 with Beth Cifonelli.
Restorative yoga on Monday’s at 6:15pm with Stacy Laufer.
Yin Yoga on Wednesday’s at 5:30 with Stacy Laufer.
Slow Flow meets on Monday at 8am, Wednesday and Friday at 9am with Joyce and Saturday at 9am with Joyce or Sidnie.
Vintage Vinyasa is on Thursday at 9:15am with Amey Williams
Vinyasa Vibes is on Tuesday at 9:15am with Sidnie Sharp
All Levels yoga is on Monday at 5pm with Julie Jeronimus and Sunday’s at 9am with Sarah Winner Wendt.
Yoga Movement with Music is on Wednesday at 10:30 with Sarah.
Buti Lite is Monday and Friday at 10:30 with Joyce.
Buti Yoga is Tuesday at 6:15 with Natalie Henne and Thursday at 6:15pm with Sidnie Sharp.
